This project brought new life to a canal-front residence surrounded by palms and open water views. Our team took a property with untapped potential and turned it into a layered, resort-style outdoor space — one that blends clean hardscaping with lush, low-maintenance greenery from the pool deck all the way down to the water’s edge.
The backyard was reshaped into a series of terraced turf lawns connected by a central wood-look walkway and steps, framed with coral stone and brick retaining walls. Raised planting beds were tucked into every level, filled with native grasses, tropical greenery, and birds of paradise for texture and privacy. The gravel side yard bordered in manicured hedges adds a clean, low-water alternative near the home’s exterior.
